Judge Ramey, retired Chief Justice of the 12th Court of Appeals and a former president of the State Bar of Texas, works with Ramey & Flock in an Of Counsel position. Following distinguished service in the United States Navy and an illustrious education, including a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard University and a law degree from the University of Texas, Tom Ramey, Jr. spent over 30 years with Ramey & Flock before joining the Court of Appeals.

Judge Ramey's breadth of experience, knowledge of the law, and unfailing service to East Texas is a benefit to all of Ramey & Flock's clients. He now brings this experience to a new practice in mediation and is uniquely suited to help even the most acrimoniously affected parties come to a successful resolution of their disputes.
